The Lenovo WenTian WR6220 G5 is designed specifically for various large and medium-sized enterprises as well as cloud service providers; it is a high-performance, highly scalable 2U dual-socket server. The Lenovo WenTian WR6220 G5 is powered by the 6th Generation Intel® Xeon® AP Processor Platform (Intel Xeon 6 AP) – an Intel flagship high-performance server processor platform engineered for demanding scenarios such as high-performance computing (HPC), large-scale AI model inference, and ultra-large-scale data processing. Built on the (P-core / E-core) microarchitecture and manufactured using Intel's advanced 3nm process technology, this platform ranks among the leading server computing platforms in the data center market for both computational and storage performance. Leveraging the powerful computing capabilities of the 6th Generation Intel® Xeon® AP processors, this server supports up to 288 cores per unit and supports up to 24 DDR5-RDIMM high-performance, high-frequency memory modules; the 1DPC supports frequencies up to 8800 MHz. Additionally, it supports NVMe SSDs with high bandwidth and low latency, enabling it to effectively meet the stringent performance requirements of mission-critical workloads—including compute-intensive applications, artificial intelligence (AI) and high-performance scientific computing (HPC), weather modeling, and high-frequency financial trading.
