Eduard Lungu is a DevOps Engineer at Lenovo, working as part of the SAP Development team based in Bucharest, Romania. His primary focus is on automating SAP HANA deployments across a wide range of physical platforms as well as virtualized environments, with particular emphasis on VMware vCenter-based solutions. His work spans the full automation lifecycle, from operating system deployment and system configuration to metrics collection and monitoring across SAP nodes and applications, leveraging modern DevOps and automation technologies.
He holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from the University Politehnica of Bucharest, with a specialization in Advanced Electrical Systems. His master’s dissertation, titled “Electrical Circuit Analysis Using Python” reflects a strong foundation in engineering principles combined with practical software development skills. Born in 1998, he brings a modern, automation-first approach to SAP infrastructure and DevOps engineering.
